Perdays Preconception Activated Folate & B-Vitamins contains Quatrefolic®, a biologically activated form of folate.

Our Australian made formula has been created in consultation with leading Australian experts. It is designed for women who prefer or require an activated folate, 5-MTHF, to support preconception and pregnancy health.

Per each tablet
Levomefolic acid (Quatrefolic® as Levomefolate glucosamine) 500mcg
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.4mg
Nicotinic acid (Vitamin B3) 18mg
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.9 mg
Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12 as co-methylcobalamin) 500mcg

Take one tablet per day with a main meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
