Per each capsule Bovine lactoferrin 50mg
Zinc (as zinc citrate dihydrate) 7.5mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 30mg
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 500IU) 12.5 micrograms

Take one capsule twice per day on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If you experience stomach discomfort, it is advisable to take this product with food.
